Coming up to Christmas, KingFilm and John Duncan Video journeyed over to Kilmarnock with Taste Communications to visit the The Cook School Scotland. 30 minutes from Glasgow, the school aims to teach food enthusiasts of all ages to cook some of their favourite dishes or experiment with exciting new ones, including curry, fish and game classes.
With Head Chef Phil Lewis and his team, our goal was to produce five short recipe videos to help your Christmas dinner go off without a hitch. These included Perfect Roast Duck (see above), Brussel Sprouts, Parsnip Soup, Traditional Pork Stuffing and Strudel for dessert.
