Bio:
Marc James Grundy, an independent, freelance video producer is the Owner and Director of KingFilm Productions.

It was still photography that first attracted Marc to the visual arts. His passion began, and remains with Wildlife and Sports photography. Although, the two areas seem leagues apart in terms of subject matter, Marc campaigns that it is their unpredictability makes them both so appealing. ‘I can’t stand posed photographs, they’re so false. The spontaneity in an image cannot be replicated, and is best demonstrated by the subject’s instinct and impulsiveness’. Marc exercises this methodology not only in his live events and wildlife photography, but also in his moving image productions.

Marc graduated from De Montfort University in July 2009 with a First Class Honours Degree in Media Production. While studying in Leicester he had produced both video and photographic content under the name Ham Bag Productions for clients including Walkers Crisps.

Upon returning to Derbyshire, Marc worked closely with Macclesfield-based marketing company, Lime Cube Marketing, to establish his new video production service, KingFilm Productions.
